Cancellation Policy
To avoid incurring fees, customers must cancel their appointment at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to show for your appointment or cancellation during your scheduled time will result in a $140 cancellation fee. If your appointment is not confirmed by the of day that you requested an appointment. It will be pulled from the schedule. Canceling after hours(6:01PM) will be subject to the cancelation fee.
